Intenshens ("Intenshens", "we", "us", "our") operates the MeetNow mobile app and related services (together, the "Services"). MeetNow helps you meet new people anonymously, discover shared intentions, share Flames with the community, book experiences with verified providers, and turn searchable Sparks Asks and Offers into accepted connections. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how it's used and shared, and the choices and rights you have over it. MeetNow is operated from and governed by the laws of Zambia; where you're located elsewhere, we also aim to honor the data-subject rights described below regardless of your jurisdiction.

1. Information we collect

What we collect depends on which features of MeetNow you use:

Account & contact info — name, phone number, email address, and verification timestamps when you sign up or verify your phone/email.
Identity verification — if you verify your identity (required for experience providers and certain features), we collect images of your government ID and the data extracted from it (name, date of birth, document number), plus a reviewer's approval/rejection decision.
Location — approximate location when you use location-aware features. Sparks stores precise coordinates only for private relevance ranking and displays only an area, city, province, or Anywhere / Online. You can decline location access, but location-based ranking won't work without it.
Payment data — mobile money details (e.g. MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Zamtel Kwacha), linked card/bank funding sources, and transaction history for experience bookings.
Messages & content — message text and attachments you send through MeetNow Chats and Meet Now stranger chats, Flame photos and captions, Sparks listings, responses, introductions, independent outcome submissions, and experience listings you create.
Photos — profile photos, Flame images, and experience provider photos. Sparks does not accept listing media in its current version.
Device & usage data — device identifiers, push-notification tokens, IP address, app version, and how you interact with the Services (for security, fraud prevention, and improving the product).
Meet Now interactions — anonymous chat messages, Keep Talking choices, and skip/report actions (stored temporarily for connection and moderation purposes).

2. How we use your information

To create and secure your account, and authenticate your sign-ins.
To operate core features: connecting strangers in Meet Now, searching and ranking active Sparks Asks and Offers, displaying Flames to the community, connecting you with experience providers, processing bookings and payments, and delivering chat messages.
To verify identity for experience providers and ensure trust and safety on the platform.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, harassment, and violations of our Terms of Service.
To send you transactional notifications (OTP codes, booking confirmations, new messages, Flame likes and comments) and, where you've allowed it, product updates.
To comply with legal obligations, including financial record-keeping requirements.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

With other users where the feature requires it — an active Spark exposes its content, broad location, permanent KalourCode, contact-verification status, and action-based trust totals. A display name and avatar are shown to the accepted connection only. Flames you post are public to the community, experience provider profiles are visible to potential bookers, and experience providers see booking details from their customers.
With service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: payment processors for mobile money and card payments, cloud hosting and storage providers, and SMS/email delivery providers for OTP codes and notifications.
When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MeetNow or our users.
With your consent, or as part of a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition), with notice to you.

Spark owners can create revocable public links. Anyone with the exact link may view the listing and KalourCode without signing in. We mark these pages not to be indexed by search engines, but cannot guarantee that third parties will not copy or reshare a link or its content. Private contact information is never added to a Spark or revealed automatically.

4. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, plus a period afterward where needed for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. Meet Now anonymous chat messages are deleted after 30 days or when the chat ends. Sparks expire after 30 days unless renewed; closed and outcome records may be retained for safety, fraud prevention, trust calculation, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Transaction records for experience bookings are retained as required by financial record-keeping law. 5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at support@intenshens.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and, where legally required, no later than 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections, access controls, and secure credential storage — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and keep your device secure. Meet Now chats are anonymous by design and do not share personal information unless both parties choose to Keep Talking and exchange contact details.

7. Children's privacy

MeetNow is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email.
