Terms of Service

Effective August 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MeetNow - The Intentions App — the mobile app and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a MeetNow account. By using the Services, you confirm you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

2. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (password, PIN, OTP codes) and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@intenshens.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Some features (identity verification for experience providers, payment processing) require additional verification before you can use them.

3. Using MeetNow's features

• Meet Now (Stranger Chat) — anonymous chat connections are random and temporary. You can skip or report users at any time. Do not share personal information (phone numbers, addresses, payment details) until you've chosen to Keep Talking and both parties have signed up to continue the chat in regular Chats. We don't run background checks on all users.
• Flames — Flames you post are visible to the community. You're responsible for ensuring your Flames don't violate these Terms, including no harassment, hate speech, explicit content, or copyright infringement. We may remove Flames that violate our policies.
• Sparks (Asks and Offers) — Sparks is a searchable exchange where users publish a real need or offer. It is not a dating service. Romantic requests, adult services, illegal activity, prohibited goods, weapons, controlled goods, scams, and public contact details or external handles are not permitted. A public share link shows the listing and permanent KalourCode; names and avatars appear only after a response is accepted.
• Experiences & Providers — experience listings must be accurate, lawful, and belong to (or be authorized by) the person listing them. Experience providers must be verified. Bookings are subject to the provider's cancellation policy shown at the point of booking. Payment processing and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
• Chats — private messages between users. Be respectful and do not harass, threaten, or spam other users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Post fraudulent listings, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or exploit another user, including minors.
• Attempt to circumvent identity verification or payment processing.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services' operation or security.
• Use the Services for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
• Spam, create misleading commercial offers, or solicit users outside the platform before a connection is accepted.
• Use Sparks for dating, romantic matching, adult services, weapons, controlled or prohibited goods, or illegal activity.
• Post sexually explicit content, hate speech, violence, or content that promotes illegal activities.

5. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you post (Flames, photos, messages, Sparks listings, responses, introductions, and experience listings). By posting it, you grant Intenshens a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Services. MeetNow's branding, software, and design are the property of Intenshens or its licensors — these Terms don't grant you rights to them beyond using the Services as intended.

6. Safety & reporting

If you encounter abusive behavior, fraudulent listings, or content that violates these Terms, report it immediately using the in-app reporting tools. We investigate all reports and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies. For your safety, never send money to someone you've only met through MeetNow, and always meet in public places for the first time.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion — see our account deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to other users, or where required by law, with notice where practical.

8. Sparks connections, outcomes & commercial activity

A contact-verified badge means the account has verified a phone number or email; it does not verify expertise, professional qualifications, an organisation, ownership, or the truth of a claim. Introducers may describe how they know someone, but may not claim that person's expertise for them. Both principals submit outcomes independently, and only matching “Worked out” submissions create trust evidence. Sparks does not process or guarantee payment, hold money in escrow, guarantee delivery, or become a party to any service, job, sale, referral, collaboration, or other arrangement users make.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is." MeetNow facilitates connections between users (including spontaneous conversations, Sparks participants, and experience providers/bookers) but isn't a party to the underlying transaction or relationship between users, and doesn't guarantee the conduct, quality, safety, or truthfulness of any user, profile, or listing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetNow and Intenshens aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to harm from meeting users in person or dissatisfaction with experiences booked.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be handled under Zambian law and, where applicable, in Zambian courts.
