Child Safety Standards
Effective August 21, 2026
MeetNow - The Intentions App ("MeetNow"), operated by Intenshens, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to the MeetNow mobile app, website, and related services.
1. Our commitment
MeetNow is for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed at children. Our child safety obligations apply regardless of our intended audience. MeetNow must not be used to create, upload, store, share, request, promote, or facilitate CSAE or CSAM.
2. Prohibited conduct and content
The following are strictly prohibited on MeetNow:
- CSAM in any form, including generated or altered depictions.
- Grooming a child for sexual contact, sexual activity, or the exchange of sexual content, whether online or offline.
- Sexualizing a minor or requesting, offering, possessing, or distributing sexual content involving a minor.
- Sextortion, including threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged intimate content.
- Advertising, soliciting, or facilitating the trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of a child.
- Any other content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
3. How to report a concern
Use the report control available in MeetNow when you encounter unsafe content or behaviour. You can also email support@intenshens.com with the subject "Child Safety Report." Include the relevant MeetNow username or account details, where the issue occurred, and a brief description. Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM to an email.
If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or the appropriate child protection authority first. Reporting to Intenshens does not replace contacting emergency or law-enforcement services.
4. How Intenshens responds
When Intenshens obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM on MeetNow, we review the available report and take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, action may include removing or restricting access to content, suspending or terminating accounts, and preserving relevant information where lawful and necessary.
When CSAM is confirmed, Intenshens will report it as required by applicable law to the competent national or regional authority, which may include the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where applicable. We will cooperate with valid legal requests from authorized authorities.
5. Child safety contact
Google Play and others with questions about MeetNow's child safety standards, enforcement, or reporting process can contact Intenshens at support@intenshens.com. Intenshens designates the individual responsible for Google Play child safety notices separately in Google Play Console.
6. Related policies
These standards form part of MeetNow's safety rules and should be read with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If applicable law requires additional action, Intenshens may take that action even when it is not described on this page.
